The Therapist, Rene Magritte
“We have forgotten that life holds a unique story for us all. A thread made up of faint signs that lead to the manifestation of something unique. What the native people call ‘your medicine way.’ Something that only you can give to the world.”

Medicine for the Region
I am Kyndl R Mueller, L.Ac. and founder of TavaTaak Acupuncture Clinic. I earned my Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine from the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CSTCM) in Denver in 2015.
My life experience has unfolded and evolved in the shadows of Mount Tava, or “Sun Mountain” in respect to the original inhabitants of this area, the Colorado Mountain Ute people — the Tabeguache —
Running around the foothills of Mount Tava (i.e., Pikes Peak) during my formative years taught me of the importance of ecosystems, namely the human body’s ecosystem in relation to nature’s — it can be a truly symbiotic dance. This fuels my current dedication to whole-body, whole-ecosystem care.
The body has a genetic intelligence that can be enhanced and accentuated through holistic lifestyle choices in order to keep with the natural cycle and frequencies that resonate throughout the earth and within our environments.
Specialties in the practice of TCM include internal medicine, acupuncture, cupping and moxibustion in treatment of the whole body comprehensively and efficiently.
I am a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Colorado and am certified in acupuncture and Chinese herbology by the NCCAOM.

Tavataak Nattahsun
Tavataak Nattahsun represents medicine of the Sun and snow, healing support throughout the seasons. This concept has influenced my practice and inspired me to turn my Tavataak medicinal practice into an acupuncture clinic and herbal apothecary.
In Ancient Greece, Mt Pilio was said to be the healing grounds to Cheiron, the Healing Centaur. For me, the southern foothills of the Rockies became the site in which I chose to settle into practice, where the sun shines, the air thins, snow falls and spring water bubbles up tonifying minerals from deep within the ground.
Welcome to Tavataak Acupuncture clinic right here in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
