Tea is a Shen (spirit) tonic to brighten the eyes & bring the mind back to heart center, making space for the ‘peaceful essence of Nature, of misty clouds, bubbling springs and sturdy boulders’.

Traditional tea ceremony held once a month after the high Yang energy of the full moon, a time declining back in to Yin peace and calm towards the new moon.
